If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, Cruise offer a generous 28 days to return your item for a refund or exchange. The item must be returned in perfect condition, with all original packaging and all tickets attached.
A returns form can be found on the reverse of your invoice and customers should complete the relevant section. All returns are the responsibility of the customer until received by Cruise, and we recommend that customers use an insured delivery service and keep the proof of postage. The cost of returning all items is the responsibility of the customer.
If you have received an incorrect item or a faulty item in any way please contact us in the first instance of a problem on 0844 967 0732 so we can rectify the situation as soon as possible.
To return goods purchased online please complete the returns form on the back of your invoice and post to the following address:

Items purchased online must be returned to the address above. Unfortunately, it is not possible to return goods purchased online to Cruise stores at this time.
Please note that shoe boxes are classed as part of the product and need to be appropriately packaged for shipping. Refunds on the following items: Swimwear, Underwear and Jewellery will only be offered if the goods do not comply with the Sale of goods act.
