The following terms and conditions apply to all orders which are processed by Cruise either online or by any other form of communication and form part of the contract between us. The acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when you receive an email from us notifying you that your order has been dispatched. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before placing an order with us.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all items are described and priced accurately, no contract is created until we have accepted your order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we will not process your order and will instead alert you immediately to the actual price of the goods. You will then have the option to proceed at this updated price or cancel. We will only process any such order with your explicit authority.
Payment for all items is required prior to dispatch. All orders must be paid for in UK Pounds Sterling by credit card, debit card or PayPal via our secure server.
Cruisefashion.co.uk accepts orders placed over the telephone but any order placed over the telephone must be made by the cardholder and delivered to the cardholder's address only. Please note that we are unable to accept payment by cheque, AMEX cards, postal orders, email, bank transfer, or cash.
Although every effort is made to ensure that all items listed on our website are available, this is not a guarantee that your order will be fulfilled. If the product that you have selected is not available you will be notified by email at the earliest possibility and the payment made for the out of stock items will be refunded in full. This website is to be used primarily as a guide and is is no way a guarantee that any item is in stock.
Whilst we will endeavour to dispatch all goods as quickly as possible, we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of the goods. Once the goods have been dispatched an email will be sent to confirm dispatch. It is your responsibility to check your order upon delivery for shortages or damage and contact us immediately should there be any problems whatsoever. Please note that sale items will take longer to process than in-season items.
When trying on items please ensure that you are in a smoke and scent free environment, and not wearing perfume, aftershave, or a deodorant which may leave a scent or mark on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these guidelines have not be adhered to.
All items to be returned for either a refund or an exchange must be returned with all original packaging and all tags still attached to the garment. Please ensure that all packaging is protected with the plastic mail bag and that the garments and their packaging are not damaged in any way. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without all of the labels still attached will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer.
If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged or faulty in any way please contact us immediately.
All returns are the responsibility of the customer until received by ourselves, and we strongly advise customers to use an insured delivery service and to retain the proof of postage with a valid tracking number. The cost of returning all items is the responsibility of the customer.
Some products are excluded from our standard returns policy for obvious reasons of hygiene, including all earrings for pierced ears. All under garments and swimwear must be tried on over your existing underwear. We reserve the right to refuse any returns where it is apparent that this has not been strictly adhered to.
It is your responsibility to check the washing instructions as stated by the manufacturer on each individual garment's labels. Any information provided by this website is given to aid the buying process only, we shall not be liable for any damage, costs, or expenses caused by incorrect washing.
To cancel your order, please notify us in writing within 7 days with your name and order number to email@example.com and we can process the cancellation. If your order has already been dispatched please notify us of the cancellation and follow our returns procedure stated above.
Where items are purchased in bulk or orders are placed for delivery overseas, Cruise reserves the right to charge a shipping surcharge. The customer will be notified of this surcharge prior to dispatch and given the opportunity to cancel or amend the order without penalty.
All goods sold by Cruise are individually identifiable and guaranteed to be genuine and UK sourced from the official distributors. Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances where labels and tags have been removed, or the garment altered in any way.
