CRUISE LOYALTY PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following Terms & Conditions (the ‘Terms’) apply to govern the Cruise Loyalty Program promoted and operated by Cruise Clothing (‘’Cruise’’, ‘’we’’, ‘’us’’, ‘’our’’)
- These Terms together with our website Terms & Conditions (cruisefashion.co.uk) and the privacy policy therein apply to the Cruise Loyalty Program and your use of the Cruise Loyalty Program card (the Cruise Card) and govern the relationship between Cruise and you. Your membership of the program entitles you to use your Cruise Card at any Cruise retail store. Applying for, or using, a Cruise Card will constitute acceptance of these Terms. You must therefore read them carefully.
- All members must register their card with a valid postal and email address online at cruisefashion.co.uk/loyalty. Change of either postal or email address must be notified to us. Members will be able to update their personal details online at cruisefashion.co.uk/loyalty.
- You can apply for a Cruise Loyalty Card free of charge at any Cruise store and online at cruisefashion.co.uk/loyalty. Your Cruise Loyalty Card is issued by and remains the property of Cruise Clothing LTD, 184 Ingram Street, Glasgow. Registered number: SC382991 (Scotland), Cruise cards must be destroyed or returned on request when no longer valid for use.
- Members cannot add any money to their Cruise Loyalty Card; it is a promotional card not a cheque guarantee card, debit or credit card. You cannot transfer your Cruise Loyalty Card or any of the stored points to any other person. The program is only for personal, household and consumer use, points can only be earned , held and redeemed as set out in these Terms, or in the terms relating to any promotions and point offers related to the program, and may not be earned, held, transferred, redeemed, or otherwise traded in any other way.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any member’s program account, if in our sole discretion we consider that the member has breached the Terms or if the member has supplied false or misleading information, or if we consider that the member has acted improperly or in an abusive, defamatory, criminal or offensive way to any other member or to our staff.
Cruise Loyalty Card
- Members will accumulate points on their Cruise Loyalty Card when they make qualifying Cruise purchases. Each time that 1,000 points is earned a reward is granted, and the relevant 1,000 points will then be considered to have been used up and will be deducted from a members account. The value of reward for a Cruise Loyalty Customer is £100 for every 1,000 points accrued.
- Only one Cruise Loyalty Card may be used per transaction.
- If a member returns an item the points awarded on the transaction will be adjusted accordingly within 10 working days.
- Points cannot be applied retrospectively.
- You can check the points balance on your Cruise Loyalty Card at any time online at cruisefashion.co.uk/loyalty Please note this is subject to change up to 10 working days after your last transaction.
- The Cruise Loyalty card cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or privilege cards.
- Points have no cash value.
- Points will not be issued on sale goods.
- Members can redeem Loyalty Reward Money in store upon reaching the qualifying level; 1,000 points.
- Loyalty Reward Money may be used as part or full payments in Cruise stores. If the product purchased is valued less than the equivalent amount of Loyalty Reward Money, then the remaining balance will be left on the Cruise Loyalty Card.
- Only one Cruise Loyalty Card can be used per transaction when redeeming Loyalty Reward Money.
- Purchases made with Loyalty Reward Money may not be re-converted back in to points; and, any refund of items purchased using Loyalty Reward Money will be made by crediting the applicable amount if points back on to the Cruise Loyalty Account; and, points may not be redeemed for cash under any circumstances.
- The number of points earned from a purchase or required to qualify for a particular purchase may vary from time to time at our sole discretion.
- Loyalty Reward Money cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
- Points are personal to an account and cannot be transferred or combined with any other account to redeem or reward.
- Cruise employees, sub contractors and/or their agents, may not participate in the program.
- Members may only use their Cruise Loyalty Card in the UK.
- Cruise loyalty cards can be used in a Cruise retail store only, points cannot be collected on any online purchases.
The following Terms apply to Cruise Privilege 10 Accounts
- Customers will receive 10% discount on all full priced purchase made at a Cruise retail store.
- The card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- The card cannot be used to receive discount on the purchase of any gift card.
- The card cannot be used with any other privilege or loyalty card.
- Discount will be issued at the sole discretion of Cruise.
- Privilege customers do not receive points.
- Cruise Privilege 10 cards can be used in a Cruise retail store only, discount cannot be issued on any online purchases.
The following Terms apply to Cruise Privilege 20 Accounts
- Customers will receive 20% discount on all full priced purchase made at a Cruise retail store.
- The card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- The card cannot be used to receive discount on the purchase of any gift card.
- The card cannot be used with any other privilege or loyalty card.
- Discount will be issued at the sole discretion of Cruise.
- Privilege customers do not receive points.
- Cruise Privilege 20 cards can be used in a Cruise retail store only, discount cannot be issued on any online purchases.
The following Terms relate to Cruise Loyalty and Privilege Accounts
- We may terminate any member’s account should the account be inactive for a period of sixteen months or more. Any points that were accredited to a member’s account will be lost if the members account is terminated or the program is closed. A member can terminate his or her own account at any time by contacting loyalty@cruiseclothing.co.uk.
- Members will receive regular email updates of their points and rewards balance. Account information will also be available to members online at cruisefashion.co.uk/loyalty. We will correct an account if it is shown to our reasonable satisfaction to be wrong but, unless there are clear records showing this, our decision is final.
- Cruise is not responsible for the loss of a members Cruise Loyalty Card, which must be kept securely by the member. Members that lose their card will lose all of the points that had been accumulated on their cards unless they contact Cruise promptly to notify them of their loss. Points may be transferred to a new card at Cruise’s sole discretion.
- By registering for a Cruise account you are agreeing that we may update you by email with your card balance statements and promotional offers, competitions, news and updates. We process your data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and in accordance with our website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. This sets out our policy and the information that we will gather on Cruise customers, how this information will be used and who it may be shared with. In addition to those Terms & Conditions your enrolment in the program constitutes your consent to our reviewing your purchase history to provide relevant offers and information based on your preferred brands and products.
- These Terms may change and members will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms when they go online at cruisefashion.co.uk/loyalty or when they use their Loyalty Account. As such we strongly encourage you to review these Terms from time to time.
- We may suspend or terminate the program at any time at our sole discretion and for any reason. In such event members will be notified and all accounts will be suspended or terminated. If Cruise has a change of control or is sold or if we decide to sell or transfer the program the program to another company we may transfer all of our rights and obligations under these Terms to such other company or acquirer without any further consent and you now consent that we disclose or transfer all information we hold about all members including you to any prospective or actual new owner. Such a disclosure or transfer will not alter the rights if members in respect of the use that can be made of such information by such other company or acquirer in accordance with section 5 above.
- These Terms and any dispute, claim or non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law and you irrevocably agree and that the courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter.
Gift Cards
For security purposes we strongly recommend that you register your Cruise Gift Card online. This will provide protection should your card become lost, stolen or damaged. Visit cruisefashion.co.uk/gift to register your card.
- The Gift Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.
- Gift Cards can be activated with a minimum value of £5 and have a maximum value of £2000.
- Gift Cards can be purchased in any Cruise retail store.
- Gift Cards are redeemable at any Cruise retail store.
- Gift Cards can not be used to purchase Gift Cards.
- Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Gift Cards can be used for most purchases, although at certain times exclusions may apply and Cruise reserve the right to amend these at any time.
- Gift Cards can be topped up at cruisefashion.co.uk/gift or in any Cruise retail store. You can also transfer the balance between cards for your convenience.
- Cruise Reward Money cannot be used to purchase a Gift Card.
- Gift Cards expire after 1 year from activation date. Any remaining balance left on the card after this time will be removed and the card will become invalid and no longer available for use. Please look after your card and treat it like cash while it has an outstanding/existing balance.
- In cases where your Gift Card is lost or stolen, Cruise is unable to replace or reimburse the remaining balance on a card, unless it has been registered with us online. Cruise will only replace the remaining balance on the card account at the time it is reported lost/stolen. Cruise cannot be held responsible for any balance lost on a gift card as a result of theft or fraud. Cruise cannot be held responsible for unauthorised use of your card where the card number has become known to another party. Replacement cards will be posted to your registered home address only.
- Where a product purchased with a Gift Card is subsequently returned, supported with the transaction receipt, the full price shown will be refunded by credit note.
- Customers must be present when they present their Gift Card in order to make purchases in-store.
- Cruise reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Card which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which is otherwise suspected of being potentially fraudulent.
- Cruise reserves the right to update and change the Terms & Conditions of our Cruise Gift Cards at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your Cruise Gift Card constitutes acceptance of our Terms & Conditions. Your Cruise Gift Card is the property of Cruise who maintains the right to cancel the card in situations where it is deemed necessary.
- Registering your Cruise Gift Card involves you disclosing personal information which includes your name, address, email address and phone number. The Cruise privacy policy applies wherever you are required to provide personal information.
- These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

HOW CAN I BECOME A MEMBER OF THE CRUISE LOYALTY PROGRAM?
It's easy to join:
When will I receive my Cruise Card?
You'll receive your fabulous Cruise Loyalty Card in store when you join or if you join online your card will arrive in the post a few weeks after you join.
Do I have to wait to receive my Cruise Card before I can earn points?
Yes, you are required to have your registered Loyalty Card with you in order to receive points.
How do I access my membership details and protect my card against loss/theft?
After your card has been registered you can logon to your account any time at cruisefashion.co.uk/loyalty.
I've lost my temporary password, how can I get a new one?
Simply, visit cruisefashion.co.uk/loyalty and select ‘Can't remember my Password' and a new password will be emailed to you.
Can I earn points on all my purchases?
You will receive points on all full price merchandise purchased at any Cruise store.
How many points do I get?
You will collect 1 point for every £1 you spend.
How much would I need to spend to receive £100 Cruise Loyalty Reward Money?
You need to spend £1000 to receive a £100 Loyalty Reward Money.
How can I keep track of how many points I've earned?
You can check your points balance at any time online at cruisefashion.co.uk or by asking a member of staff in-store. When you make a purchase in-store, your till receipt will show you how many points you have collected from that transaction. You will receive regular email alerts detailing your points and Loyalty Reward Money. We will convert points to Loyalty Reward Money over night once you've reached the qualifying level of 1000 points.
If I forget my Cruise Loyalty Card, can I get the points added at a later date?
You must have your card on you at the point of the transaction to receive your points.
What if I lose my Cruise Loyalty Card?
You should immediately report this by logging into your account at cruisefashion.co.uk/loyalty. We will arrange for a replacement card to be sent to you as soon as possible in line with our Terms & Conditions.
How long do my points last?
Your points will last indefinitely but your card may expire after 16 months if not used.
How soon will my points be registered?
The points will be registered on to your Cruise Loyalty Card up to 5 working days after your purchase.
Will I earn points when I redeem my Cruise Reward Money?
Yes.
Does my card have an expiry date?
No. However, if inactive for a period of 16 months or more, your card will become invalid and the remaining balance will not be transferable to a new card and cannot be refunded.
