Lanvin
Jeanne Lanvin began her journey into design by making clothes for her daughter which quickly caught the eye of Paris’ high society. Soon Lanvin was making garments for some of the most famous names in Europe and was inducted into the Syndicat de la Couture, cementing her status as one of fashion’s elite. Regarded as one of the most influencial designers of the 20’s and 30’s it was Lanvin’s skilful use of intricate trimmings floral colours and attention to detail that made her designs so popular.
Fast forward to the present day and the Lanvin label is a multi-national powerhouse, continuing to design contemporary menswear on the market. We’ve picked what we think is the quintessential Lanvin items from their SS13 line.
